现象研究重庆大学硕士学位论文（学术学位）学生姓名：王丹指导教师：李晓秋教授专业：法学学科门类：法学重庆大学法学院二 O 一四年四月# Study on the Phenomenon of Plagiarism of Master’s ThesisA Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Master’s Degree of Law By Wang Dan# Supervised by Prof. Li Xiaoqiu Specialty: LawCollege of Law of Chongqing University, Chongqing, China April 2014摘要近年来，硕士论文抄袭现象频频发生，引起了社会各界的广泛关注。硕士论文抄袭现象不仅严重阻碍了我国高等教育事业的发展，而且对我国的学术创新、科技进步以及社会诚信体系的构建都产生了极大的负面影响。因此，对硕士论文抄袭现象进行研究，探析其产生的原因，并在此基础上提出相应的对策，具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文除引言和结语外，共分为四个部分：第一部分，硕士论文抄袭现象概述。首先，对硕士论文抄袭现象进行界定，并在此基础上分析硕士论文抄袭现象的特征。其次，对硕士论文抄袭现象进行实证分析，通过数据统计，分析硕士论文抄袭现象的发展趋势、学科分布、抄袭方式、抄袭内容以及抄袭原因等。最后，分析硕士论文抄袭现象的危害，包括对硕士生自身、高等教育事业、学术创新、科技进步以及社会诚信体系构建的危害。第二部分，硕士论文抄袭现象产生的原因。硕士论文抄袭现象的产生既有主观原因，也有客观原因。主观原因包括：硕士生学术道德意识淡薄、学术研究能力欠缺、学术规范意识不强、学术不端行为成本较低等。客观原因包括：社会功利化倾向严重、学术评价机制不完善、学术监督机制不健全、学术规范体系不完善、学术不端行为处罚机制不完善等。第三部分，国外治理硕士论文抄袭现象的经验借鉴。首先，介绍国外治理硕士论文抄袭现象的主要措施，包括：加强学术道德教育、完善学术规范体系、健全学术监督机制、完善学术评价机制、加大对学术不端行为的处罚力度等。其次，总结国外治理硕士论文抄袭现象的经验，包括：重视学术道德教育、完善学术规范体系、健全学术监督机制、完善学术评价机制、加大对学术不端行为的处罚力度等。第四部分，治理硕士论文抄袭现象的对策。首先，提出治理硕士论文抄袭现象的基本原则，包括：预防为主原则、标本兼治原则、综合治理原则等。其次，提出治理硕士论文抄袭现象的具体对策，包括：加强学术道德教育、提高硕士生学术研究能力、完善学术规范体系、健全学术监督机制、完善学术评价机制、加大对学术不端行为的处罚力度等。关键词：硕士论文，抄袭，学术不端行为，学术道德1# ABSTRACTIn recent years, the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis occurs frequently, which has aroused widespread concern in the community. The phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis not only seriously hinders the development of higher education in China, but also has a great negative impact on China's academic innovation, technological progress and the construction of social credit system. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical value to study the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis, analyze its causes, and put forward corresponding countermeasures on this basis.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis. First, define the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis, and analyze the characteristics of the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis on this basis. Second, make an empirical analysis of the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis, and analyze the development trend, subject distribution, plagiarism methods, plagiarism content and plagiarism reasons of the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis through data statistics. Finally, analyze the harm of the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis, including the harm to the master’s students themselves, higher education, academic innovation, technological progress and the construction of social credit system.The second part is the causes of the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis. The causes of the phenomenon of plagiarism of master’s thesis include both subjective and objective reasons.
